If you have a lost or stolen Visa Debit Card

During business hours (7:30 am – 4:00 pm), call the Credit Union at (607) 324-8384 to have your card blocked.

During non-business hours, call 1-800-472-3272 to block your card. Contact the Credit Union on the next business day for a replacement card.

If your card was used fraudulently, a replacement card will be issued free of charge.
